Start with the latest approved details
Ask the organiser to confirm the brief above before you check the design. If doors open before the event starts, write both times and label them. If the price changes after a deadline, include the deadline. The checker compares with this reference; it cannot approve the reference for you.
Read the exports at their intended size
Gather the poster, flyer, post and story that will actually be published. Look for text lost in a crop and small print that is hard to read. Read phone numbers digit by digit. Check each PDF page separately. Keep print-production checks, such as bleed and colour, in the printer’s review process.
Check again after a correction
A flagged difference may be intentional. Confirm its meaning with the organiser, edit the source design if needed, then export a fresh file. Keep the approval with that version. Checking a box in a report does not change the design.
Compare a sample export
The fictional workshop PDFs contain a date, price and QR example you can inspect in the checker.
