A LITTLE HELP WITH YOUR SECOND LOOK

Start with the guide below. If you’re stuck, leave a written request.

What does Detailkite check?+

Selected event names, full dates, times, venues, prices with currencies, international phone numbers, complete URLs and one detectable QR destination per page. You supply and approve the reference values.

How do I get a useful result?+

Export a sharp PNG, JPG or PDF. Enter the approved details exactly, including the year and currency. Choose the date order if you use numeric dates. Run the check and review the artwork beside each finding.

Why does a correct detail say “Review”?+

The reader may be uncertain, a date may be ambiguous, or several values may be present. Confidence scores are indicators, not probabilities. Review the detail in the artwork; do not treat the absence of a red finding as approval.

Can it check an entire PDF?+

Yes, up to 10 total pages per campaign run, with a 10 MB limit per file. PDF pages are rendered and read visually in your browser. Password-protected, damaged or unsupported PDFs may need a PNG export.

What about QR codes?+

Select the QR check and enter the full approved booking URL. The checker compares one decoded code per page. If none is decoded, inspect it manually. Additional codes, redirects, live website availability, safety and printed scan quality require separate checks.

Where does my artwork go?+

It stays in your browser. The text reader and PDF renderer are served by Detailkite. Saving a campaign stores the artwork and brief in this browser on this device. Download your report if you need to keep or share it.

Does “I reviewed this finding” fix the file?+

No. It records your acknowledgement in the report. Edit the original design, export it again and run another check to verify the correction. “Not required for this asset” excludes a selected detail from that page’s report.

Can I use another language?+

This first version reads English. Other languages, decorative lettering, very small text, low contrast, rotated text and dense layouts can produce missed details or false readings.

Do I need a call or demo?+

No. You can try the example, check an asset, read the guides and use written support. An operator still needs to handle support exceptions.
