Detailkite reads artwork on your device. You can use the checker without signing in, and optional measurement is off until you choose it.

Artwork and approved details

Files, rendered pages, extracted text and your brief are processed in the browser. They are not uploaded to our server or sent to an AI service. “Save on device” stores them in this browser’s IndexedDB. You can delete saved campaigns from the checker. Clearing browser storage also removes them. Reports you download are under your control.

Optional usage measurement and feedback

If you choose to share usage counts, we receive the event type, a short source tag and a random browser-session identifier. The identifier is kept in session storage and is removed when you turn measurement off. It measures sessions, not verified people. No artwork, extracted text, filenames or approved values are included. A “useful” or “not yet” feedback button voluntarily sends that vote even if broader measurement is off; no session identifier is attached in that case. Change your measurement choice in the checker footer.

Usage records older than 90 days are removed when the next usage event is processed. A daily hash of the requesting IP limits repeated submissions; expired rate-limit records are cleaned up with usage processing. Ordinary hosting and authentication logs may contain network and device information. We do not use advertising pixels.

Account, written support and optional email

ChatGPT provides optional sign-in. If you submit a support request, we store your Site account ID, account email, category and message so it can be reviewed. If you separately opt in to updates, we store your email, consent date and unsubscribe token. Checking artwork does not subscribe you. Email sending and payments are disabled in this beta.

Providers and retention

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Fonts, OCR and PDF reader assets are served by Detailkite; the page does not request fonts from an external font service. Saved artwork remains on your device until you delete it. Support and consent records remain until the operator deletes them; they are not sold or used for advertising. No payment information is collected by Detailkite.

Contact and deletion requests

To contact the Detailkite beta operator about access, correction or deletion of a support or consent record, use the help form and select “Privacy or deletion.” Include only enough information to locate your request. Signing in identifies the account making the request. The form saves a written request; it does not send an automatic email.
